Cue

Talk to your to-do list.

Cue turns natural language into organised, time-aware reminders. Say “remind me to submit the report Friday at 9am, high priority” and it parses the intent, schedules an exact alarm, and files it by priority — then reads it back when you ask.

Flutter 3.24Dart 3.5AndroidFree

Local-first & backend-free — your data never leaves your phone, except the prompt you send to your own LLM.

Features

Everything you need to stay on top of the day

Voice or text

A floating mic for hands-free capture, or just type a command. Whatever's faster in the moment.

Understands plain language

Relative dates (“next Monday morning”, “in 2 hours”), priorities, and free-form questions — parsed via forced tool calling for reliable structured output.

Priority-based alarms

Exact, scheduled local notifications. High pings 1h before, 10m before, and on time; medium 30m and on time; low on time.

Milestones

Break a task into steps, each with its own deadline and alarm — tracked with a progress bar.

Smart filters & questions

Today / This week / High — plus answers to “what’s most urgent?” or “my progress on the offsite?”

Read-aloud

Text-to-speech reads answers and your day back to you, hands-free.

Stay in control

Raise or lower priority, complete, edit, and swipe to delete — quick gestures for everyday triage.

Bring your own LLM

Claude for best accuracy, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint — Groq, Gemini, xAI, OpenRouter, or local.

Never miss what matters

Alarms that scale with priority

Cue schedules exact, zoned local notifications. The more urgent the task, the earlier — and more often — it nudges you.

How it works

From a sentence to a scheduled reminder

One shared contract defines the prompt and schema, so every provider returns the identical result and the rest of the app never changes.

01

Capture

Speak with on-device speech-to-text, or type into the command dock.

02

Understand

Your chosen LLM receives a shared prompt + schema and returns a single { reply, operations[] } result via forced tool/function calling.

03

Act

Cue applies the operations — create, set priority, complete, delete, reschedule, add or complete milestones.

04

Remind

Exact zoned alarms fire by priority, and answers can be read aloud. Tasks live in local storage; your API key stays in encrypted storage.

Your brain, your rules

Bring your own brain — kept private

Pluggable LLM provider

The “brain” is your choice. Use Claude for the best accuracy, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint — Groq (free tier), Gemini’s OpenAI endpoint, xAI, OpenRouter, or a local model. Switchable in Settings.

  • Claude (Anthropic) — best date & priority accuracy
  • OpenAI-compatible — Groq, Gemini, xAI, OpenRouter, local
  • One shared { reply, operations[] } contract for all

Private by design

No server sits between you and your tasks. Reminders live in local storage on your device, and your API key is held in the Android Keystore-backed encrypted store — sent only to the endpoint you configure.

  • Tasks stored locally — no account required
  • API key encrypted on-device
  • The phone talks to your LLM directly
